Hang your canvas in four careful steps
These instructions are a general starting point for a lightweight stretched canvas. Your wall material and canvas size determine the correct hardware.

Choose the spot
Avoid direct sun, heat vents, damp areas, and places where the canvas may be bumped.

Check wall and weight
Identify drywall, wood, masonry, or another surface. Select properly rated fasteners.

Measure and level
Mark two support points so the weight is shared and the top edge sits level.

Hang and test
Hold the frame, not the printed face. Lower it onto the supports and test gently.
Safety comes first. Check for wiring and plumbing before drilling. Never rely on an un-rated fastener. For oversized work, difficult walls, or high-risk positions, use a professional installer.

Humidity
Keep the canvas away from steam, condensation, damp basements, and large humidity swings.
Dust
Use a clean, soft, dry brush or microfiber cloth. Use minimal pressure and never scrub the weave.
Cleaning
Never spray water, glass cleaner, solvents, or household cleaners onto the canvas surface.
Handling
Use clean, dry hands and hold the solid frame edges. Do not press fingers into the printed face.
Moving
Protect the face and corners with clean, non-abrasive material. Never place weight on the canvas.

Can I use household cleaner on the canvas?
No. Do not spray water, glass cleaner, solvents, or household cleaner onto the canvas. Start with a clean, soft, dry brush or microfiber cloth and very light pressure.
Is a bathroom or kitchen a safe location?
Frequent steam, grease, and humidity changes can affect both the canvas and wood stretcher bars. A dry room with a stable environment is safer.
What if my canvas is large or heavy?
Use hardware rated for the actual weight and wall construction. For oversized work, high placements, masonry, or any uncertainty, use a qualified installer.
Are the city addresses print shops?
No. Canadian production is handled in our Alberta workshop. Calgary, Edmonton, Markham, and Surrey are staffed partner counters that receive completed pickup packages.
